The conference fee includes the whole conference program except the visit to the Moomin Museum and bus transportation from the museum to the conference venue (on Thursday), and the celebration dinner (on Saturday evening). Coffees, teas and refreshments during breaks are included in the fee - as well as the sauna!
Breakfasts, meals and accommodation must be booked and paid separately - you will find the link here at the website in few days.

The participation fee and extra fees are paid after registration. You will receive a PDF invoice in your email within a few days.
Accommodation and meals (also the celebration dinner) are paid when booking by bank/credit card or online banking credentials.
Accommodation and meals are booked and paid separately from the Varala Sports Institute, there will be link for that on the conference website .

Full refund of fee if cancelled prior to March 5th 2026. No refunds can be given after this date, except for provable illness or serious personal reasons.
Please note that neither the conference organization nor Varala Nature Hotel & Sports Resort insures conference participants. So please remember to take care of your own insurance coverage, both for accidents and for example for your luggage. Insurance also does not cover any artwork that participants may bring with them.
Unfortunately, the venue is not fully accessible to people with mobility disabilities. The main building, where most of the program will be held, is accessible. In addition, it is possible to arrange accessible accommodation. However, other buildings are not fully accessible, and the courtyard area is also quite challenging (due to height differences). But if you have any questions about the accessibility of the conference venue, please contact the conference team!
The conference will be documented by the organizers through photo/videography. Selected photos and videos will be published on the conference website and the organizers' social media. Please contact the organizers or the photographers directly if you do not wish to be photo/videographed.
